Take the Relax Kids training course in running your own business. As featured on BBC's "Dragons' Den", this two day course is a unique method of teaching kids how to be calm in chaotic times.

All participants learn the "Seven Steps to Relaxation" including exercises in movement, breathing, visualisation, massage and affirmation. You will receive a training manual full of lesson plans, an operations manual with business guidance and over £160 worth of resources to support your classes.
