Pilates
Pilates is a method of exercise that emphasizes core strength, body awareness, posture and breath control. It is a highly effective and safe way to stretch and strengthen core stability and postural muscles, and maintain mobility in the joints. Particular focus is placed on developing trunk stability by targeting key postural muscles that build strength from within and stabilize the torso.
Benefits include improved posture, realignment of the spine, relaxation, ease and elegance in everyday movement.
