Mum and Baby Yoga
This weekly drop-in class (Thursdays 1.15pm-2.15pm) is dedicated to the well-being of both mum and baby. Mums can boost their post-natal recovery with a variety of exercises tailored to enhance healing, strength and vitality.
Babies take part too - sounds, practices and songs keep them entertained throughout the class as well as the “special babies” section where they can explore new movements and share a special bonding time with mum. NB - Dads and other carers are also welcome to bring baby.
Babies can be fed when needed. Please bring everything you need for feeding and changing including a blanket for baby to lie on. Suitable for babies from 6 weeks until about 8 or 9 months old (or mobile).
Please also note - We recommend that babies are kept out of pushchairs during the lifting up and down the six steps from street level to reception. (It's great if you can bring baby in a sling.) There will be someone on hand to help you with your pram, but if you choose not to lift baby out, the responsibility rests with yourself.
Please note - We'd like to welcome you back when your child is 18 months old to our Toddler Yoga class (starting up on 6 June 2013). 10.15am-11.15am Thursdays. Cost as above. No need to book - just turn up
